Sounds like worn out shock absorbers.
When a ball joint is bad, a car may produce a clunking or popping sound, especially when going over bumps or making sharp turns. This noise can also resemble a grinding or squeaking sound as the joint wears down further. If left unaddressed, these sounds can become more pronounced and may indicate serious suspension issues.
Move ahead means "Keep going" or "Get out front."
Rebound in suspension refers to the upward movement of the suspension system after being compressed, providing a smoother ride by absorbing bumps or impacts and returning the suspension to its normal position. It helps to control the energy released during compression and maintain stability while driving.
The blue triangles of a cold front on a weather map point in the direction of movement of the cold air mass displacing the warmer air mass ahead of it. This movement can bring cooler temperatures, precipitation, and changes in weather conditions as the front passes through an area.
There are several (a lot) of tiny hair like structures inside the ear will vibrate in response to certain sound frequencies. When a hair vibrates, it stimulates a particular cell which sends a signal to the neurons next to it, to the brain. The brain takes all of the inputs and can interpret that as sounds and frequencies. Louder sounds will cause it to vibrate more, so the brain can interpret that as well.

Sounds like the rubbers are going in your shock absorbers.
possibly hitting the front bumper
If your vehicle is squeaking when it goes over bumps, you may need new shocks or struts. The front end of the car wears more quickly than the rear, so the issue usually begins in the front.
Possably the struts!!!!
Not extremely, but it will cause a noise (sometimes) when going over bumps and premature tire wear.
