Actually, the point of engaging in Buddhist practices is not to worship the Buddha. So there are no worshipers of the Buddha. The point of engaging in Buddhist practices is to reduce suffering (dissatisfaction, troubles, sorrow). A practitioner who is successful realizes his or her "Buddha-Nature," which each human is believed already to have (but usually without realizing it). In that sense, the point of engaging in Buddhist practices is to become a buddha, which just means someone who is awake. .
Buddhism is a religion and not a language so in this sense it is not spoken. The teachings of the Buddha are available in many languages.
Common sense
The Great War. "Great" in the sense of huge, massive, not in the sense of something wonderful. It did not become WWI until there was a WWII a generation later. In between, certainly everyone hoped there would never be anything like it again, and it continued to be called the Great War.
Unfortunately, the term Physician Surgeon does not exist. Therefore, this term is yet to come about, but it most likely never will come about as it doesn't make sense.
