Yes it is because since your mouth contains so much moisture, it heals faster than expected than other body parts... I should know because recently, I bit my tongue and a piece of my tongue came off, and it only took 3 days to heal... I also skinned my knee and it took 10 weeks to heal, while my tongue took 3 days... So yes, your tongue IS the fastest healing source in your body.
The eye The first is the tongue
The "fastest healing" part of your body is debatable, but may well be the inside of your mouth. In the normal act of eating lunch, you scrape thousands of cells away from the inside of your cheeks. By suppertime, almost all of those cells have been replaced.
Tongue
if it is still stuck then pee on it, if not, the tongue is the fastest healing part of your body and you should be just fine with some rest =D
No, the eyes are not the fastest healing part of the body. The liver actually has the ability to regenerate quickly, often healing within a few weeks after injury. This is due to its high regenerative capacity and ability to repair damaged tissue.
dont eat hot food.......... basically there is nothing you can do. the mouth is the fastest healing place in the body. . . . . ride it out. . . . .
I have my Tongue pierced too. I noticed the same cut, Was it self done? I have heard your tongue is the fastest healing part of your body so if you take out the jewelry it should heal right up.
The Mouth and that means the jaw if you did not know
Healing times vary from person to person based on various factors like age, sex, health etc. My tongue piercing healed in about 1-2weeks
The chameleon has the fastest tongue among animals. It can extend its tongue rapidly to catch prey, reaching speeds of up to 26 body lengths per second.
I think chameleon or anteater have the longest tongue......
I'm not sure it is the fastest healing part but I am sure they mean just the mucous membranes lining the mouth, not the bones of the jaw.
