Aparently according to last researches it contains of two parts: Mi and ra.

Mi = Beauty (source: various websites for baby names)

Ra = ....

I am still not sure about the second part, it could be that it means something like faith, supportiveness, or helpful, or something to that matter. (source: some websites for babynames (but can't find the website recently), and another source was family).
