Over 10,000 people were in the camps and about 95% of those people died in the camps. Not only were people in the camps inflicted with experimentation, so were people in nearby cities who were subject to Bubonic Plague bombs and the such. The Japanese also intended for some bombs to reach over America, though none actually succeeded in infecting anyone. All in all, approximately 10,000 people died despite the Japanese claim of only 3,000.
