France was invaded by Germany in within a month, so they were hardly helpful and some even fought in the German army.
Russia only supported England as Germany started to invade them- so who's side were they meant to go on?,
The USA, never declared war on Germany the only reason they joined the war was because Japan bombed pearl harbour and when America declared war on Japan they had to do to war with Germany because of a japanese-germany pact so only by default did they go war with Germany- they did come to 'England rescue' as Americans like to say, only to save face and get revenge on japan - 5 days into the battle of France and Churchill became British prime minister America opened the first MacDonald's!
Though Canada, South Africa, Australia and every other Commonwealth country sided with England it was because they were apart of the commonwealth and hundreds of miles away from the action in Europe and coincidental during and after the war most got independence- maybe a pay off for the fighters given to to England.
I'm not denying that these countries didn't fight with Britain I'm just reminding you that most had a secret agenda to why (commonwealths) or only by default (USA)

∙ 14y agoIf you refer to World War 2, some of the countries included but not limited to Japan and Italy. The rest of the countries that sided with German most likely were those defeated by the Germans during WW2.
