∙ 10y agoIn 1973-74, in Ghorakpur there happened a massive blast by the Intelligence agents of Pakistan (unknown).
It includes group of six.Two of them entered in base with allot of explosions, mainly it included time bombs.
It all happened in just 30 minutes and all the base with 500 IAF personnel and approx 150+ air crafts burnt in no time. IAF failed to arrest & detect the mens those did that blast.
Afterwards DMI (Directorate Military Intelligence of India) Arrested Squad Leader of those Intelligence Agents (Syed Salim Abbas codename Vinod Chopra).
Although their Squad Leader Successfully escaped from DMI's Detention killing 2 of their Agents to Nepal then Pakistan.
Due to embarrassment and security failure India didn't press this news in its media.
