San Soo kung Fu is straight forward and gets the job done quick.
And you can disable your attacker.
Running, as fast as you can!
Honestly, there is no objective answer to this question, since it depends heavily on both subjectivity and circumstance.
Unarmed combat can have several different goals: quick incapacitation of the opponent, death of the opponent, capture of the opponent, or even just intimidation.
Circumstances also matter: is the opponent even aware of your attack? Does the opponent have any unarmed combat training - if so, which styles? Is your opponent armed with a weapon of any kind, and what is it? Do you have any sort of object that could be used as a weapon (stick, knife, chair, etc.)? Are you male or female, and what is your body build? What is your opponents? Are you able to use all your limbs (both arms and legs) or just some of them? Is there a lot of space to move around, or are you and your opponent together in a very tight space?
There are simply too many variables to give any sort of answer here. It's like asking "which car is best?" without saying at all who is buying it, what it is to be used for, or what the price range you want is.
