The Warsaw pact was a mutal agreement between communist countries. After WW2, all countries under the control of the Soviet Union sighned this pact. The pact was disbanded after Soviet Union fell in the 90's

The only country in Eastern Europe that did not sign the Warsaw Pact after World War II was Albania. Initially a member of the pact, Albania's relationship with the Soviet Union soured, leading to its withdrawal from the alliance in 1968. This was largely due to ideological differences and Albania's shift towards a more independent communist stance.
