first answer: Hitler decided to take over the entire Sudetenland which is part of chezoslovakia and this lead to Britain and france declaring war on hitler germany second more correct answer: September 30, 1938: Munich Conference/Munich Agreement: British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain and French leaders publically appeased Hitler. They allowed Germany to annex the Sudetenland the western-most region of Czechoslovakia and incorporate it into the Reich "for the sake of peace." In exchange for this, Hitler gave his word that Germany would make no further territorial claims in Europe. 1 October 1938: German troops occupy the Sudetenland (western Czechoslovakia). March 1939: Hitler breaks his Munich Agreement when German troops occupy the remainder of Czechoslovakia. The German occupation of Czechoslovakia has out-flanked Polish defensive fortifications and removed Poland's nearest ally. Czechoslovakia is partioned into two: Czech (annexed by Germany) & Slovakia (puppet state of Germany). Germany launched the invasion of Poland on September 1, 1939. About 50,000 Slovakian troops assisted the Germans. France & Great Britain declared war on Germany on September 3, 1939, because the Germans have not stopped the invasion of Poland as demanded by them.
Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Poland (The U.K. declared war 3 days later, after Hitler ignored a British ultimatum to leave).
Hitler occupied Czechoslovakia.
Just before Germany invaded Poland, Germany and Russia signed a non-agression pact which included a secret portion in which they agreed that after the German invasion, Russia could occupy those parts of Poland Germany did not sieze.
None were invaded in the military 'invasion' sense prior to 1938. Austria was absorbed voluntarily into Greater Germany. The Munich pact that involved France and Britain allowed Germany to take over portions of Czechoslovakia in 1938. Possibly it could be called 'invasion' in that in latter 1938 Germany did take over most the non-Munich portions of Bohemia and Slovakia - placing them under 'protectorate status', similar to the multitude of colonies 'protected' by France, Russia and Britain. In addition to Germany, Hungary and Poland also sliced off small parts of Slovakia for themselves. Germany did not really invade any nation until Sept. 1, 1939 when the war with Poland began. Germany in this regard was late to the game since Poland, Italy, Japan and Russia had all increased their respective territories prior to Germany by direct invasion of neighbors or colonies.
Poland and i think Ukraine The invasion of Poland was the 'last straw' that caused Britain to declare war on Germany, but he had also annexed Austria (except for the singing Von Trapps!) and Czechoslovakia (Sudentenland) before that.
In the summer of 1938, Germany and Czechoslovakia began to quarrel over the disputed border area of the Sudetenland.

Czechoslovakia, which was invaded by Germany with permission from Britain and France given at the Munich Conference. You ask which country was a "victim" of Britain's and France's willingness to appease Hitler, but you are not understanding the basic facts. The Sudetenland wanted to be part of Germany because they were Germans and they were separated from Germany after World War 1. So they were glad to get reconnected to Germany. Hitler used the issue of Sudetenland against Czechoslovakia. Czechoslovakia (including Sudetenland) were not part of Germany before WW1, but part of Austria-Hungary. When Austria-Hungary was broken-up as result of WW1, then Hitler decided to seize German-speaking Austria and then create a crisis w/ Czechoslovakia. Czechoslovakia was seen as the victim of appeasement. By loosing the Sudetenland, they lost valuable territory rich in lignite, coal. So there was a victim - Czechoslavakia.
Austria and the Sudetenland Austria wasn't giving to Germany, Germany conquered it. Germany occupied Austria, not conquered it. The Sudetenland had been part of Czechoslovakia. Nevil Chamberlain negotiated its annexation to Germany in hopes of avoiding war.
Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Poland (The U.K. declared war 3 days later, after Hitler ignored a British ultimatum to leave).
