No. The US were not involved in any conflict along the Marne until the allied counter-offensive in 1918. The Americans and the French advanced along the Marne while the British adavanced from Amiens as part of the two-pronged assault to drive the Germans back.
Not getting involved in a European conflict. It wasn't called World War I then, obviously. Wilson "kept us out of war"; the country was not eager to get involved.
!917 and 1918. World War 1 began in 1914, and for much of it the US tried to remain neutral in what was seen as primarily a European imperial conflict.
After Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1991, the US developed a plan to force the Iraqi armies out of this small oil producing country. The Operation Desert Storm was a US led coalition that used US airpower, then ground troops to end the Iraqi occupation. The Iraqi's set many oil wells on fire as they retreated and some of these fires lasted for weeks and weeks. Casualties in this operation were not large and the war ended rather quickly.
Ostensibly to liberate Kuwait from Iraqi occupation.

Operation Iraqi Freedom & Operation Enduring Freedom
WWII
As with the US, quite possibly "Iraqi Freedom" and "Enduring Freedom" (Afghanistan).
The Korean War

Any American conflict past Vietnam (past 1975) does not involve communism. The Soviets (Russians) in Afghanistan in the 1970s/80s involved communism, and the US supported the insurgents there against the Soviets (Russians). Everything since then (for the US) has been about crimes (General Noriega) & poorly led leaders of some countries that the US felt should be removed (the Iraqi & Libya leaders as two examples).
Protect Japan
The Cold War, then Vietnam.
