  1. Civilization had just witnessed the use of a Terror Wepon; that was in fact, of Doom's Day proportains, having the ability to create enough mutual fear, to possibly eliminate the threat of fighting another war.
  2. If a ballence of power was maintaind, between major nations capable of waging another world war.
  3. No nation would start a war; knowing the enemy could initiate retaliation before their fiest strike actually struck.
  4. But in actuality it had not stoped major nations from inforcing their opinions on those they considered weaker, having no terror weapon to use.
  5. Kroea; Vietnam; Falkland Islands; Just to name a fiew!
