This question makes no sense. No one would want to hide anything in Germany except the Nazis. They hid billions of dollars and valuables in some mines, caves and other places. Anyone else wanting to hide something in Germany risked having the Nazis or the Allied Forces finding it or having the hiding spot bombed.

While France did not send troops, it provided logistical and political support. The Soviet Union, although a permanent member of the UN Security Council, did not participate in the military effort, choosing instead to support North Korea and China.
Francisco Franco, the dictator of Spain, was not officially part of either the Allied or Axis powers during World War II. Spain remained neutral for most of the war, though Franco's regime had sympathies with the Axis powers and provided indirect support, such as allowing volunteers (the Blue Division) to fight alongside Nazi Germany against the Soviet Union.
