Because it was the 'pure german' gene. The blonde hair blue eyes were being taken over by brunettes and brown eyes because it is more dominant than blonde and blue. They were losing the gene

Hitler hated disabled people because they were different looking, and Hitler believed if people weren't like him, they should be procecuted. They weren't 'perfect' in his eyes. He had a specially selected Aryan race, blonde haired blue eyes people. There was also many other factors (such as height and nose length I think!) He didn't stop there though, not only did he have his perfect Aryan race, he had his Hitler Youth. Basically, disabled people didn't fit in with his pattern, and how he felt his 'people' should be dictated, really.
