Because there had already been a "Red Scare" around 1919-1920 and Americans were already afraid of communists. So they put the paranoia on "pause" for the duration of WW2 (Nazis and Japanese were even bigger enemies), and as soon as the war ended- or even before it ended- George Patton began calling for an attack on the Soviets before Germany even surrendered- that old fear came right back.

That having been said, there was some good reason for it too. In the wake of the war, the Soviets gobbled up a slew of countries in Eastern Europe, installing Soviet style governments, and forging what would become the Warsaw Pact; and they amped up support for communist parties in other countries (such as Korea and China).

Why initiator efficiency in any free radical polymerization is always low?

Initiator efficiency in free radical polymerization is typically low because not all initiator molecules generate active radicals that are capable of initiating polymerization reactions. This is due to side reactions such as termination or chain transfer processes that can reduce the number of active radicals available for polymerization. Additionally, some radicals may not efficiently propagate the polymerization due to their reactivity or stability.

Is North Korea a monarchy?

NO. This is debated, but the general consensus is that North Korea is a Dynastic Communist State, not a monarchy.A dynastic communist state is a country whose rulers are from the communist party but has succession in leadership passing along a dynastic line like a monarchy. Some consider Dynastic Communism to be a form of Absolute Monarchy, because of the key similarity between Dynastic Communism and Absolute Monarchy being the transfer of total power along hereditary lines. However, the majority argue that since the leader of a Dynastic Communist State does not use royal titles, the state is not a proper monarchy.
