Call it educated Guesswork , but as this was an Italian Navy project my guess is Italilan National products would be preferred over, say German makes-this was right after World War I, remember. The Officina Galileo (lit. Galileo Office) was a huge optical concern in Florence. They made Theodolites, Rangefinders(includilng Naval models for Japan and Italy) and had beenin business since the l870"s thus an expereinced and profitable concern. My Guess the Officina was contracted to produce the sighitng instruments-rangefinders, artifiical horizons, etc for the Caproni Bomber and these would be top quality as the craft was intended for 4,200 Mile Hops such as Italy to New York for a demonstration flight which never happened. It is possible Zeiss instuments captured during the War might have been retrofitted , there was a big LRPB project from Robert Bosch ( of spark plug fame) in l9l5 which was abandoned because of the War effort but was essentially similar a multi-engine multiplane water-based craft! The Bosch proejct was cancelled in l9l5 it would have been displayed after the voyage at the San Francisco Pan-=Paciifc Exhibition.
A fatal error would highlight a problem with your program. A nonfatal error can't be detected by the program and may produce incorrect results.
I don't have access to real-time data, but you can typically find statistics on nonfatal crashes from government transportation agencies or organizations like the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). They regularly publish annual reports detailing traffic incidents, including nonfatal crashes. For the most accurate and up-to-date figures, I recommend checking their latest publications or databases.
Yes, heaps of anything can hurt you. An nonfatal OD on paracetamol can cause stomach ulcers and damage your liver.

The penalty can range from state to state, but mainly it is a heafty fine or even jail time.
Class C. The resulting total cost of property damage is $20,000 or more but less than $200,000, a nonfatal injury causes any loss of time from work beyond the day or shift on which it occurred, or a nonfatal illness or disability causes loss of time from work or disability at any time (lost-time case).

There are two kinds of meningitis, bacterial and viral. Both can be serious, though viral usually is milder. But if not treated properly, meningitis can indeed be fatal, due to its proximity to the brain and spinal cord.
== == Nonfatal gun crime has decreased after the passing of the Brady Bill. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, "Nonfatal firearm-related crime has plummeted since 1993, then slightly increased in 2005." (Source: http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/glance/firearmnonfatalno.htm) The Brady Bill was passed in 1993. In 2005, the federal Assault Weapon Ban (AWB) expired. However, it does not necessarily follow that gun-control caused the decrease in nonfatal gun crime. Other concurrent events, such as improved economic prosperity, may account for some or all of the change. Banning guns does not necesarily mean that violence will be stopped, or even slowed, since banning guns takes guns from responsible citizens, but does not take illegally acquired guns from criminals( .025% of all crimes in the US *2007-2009 average statistic* involve a firearm of any kind.)

people who die from footballevery 5 years about 500 people die in football! I know, it is horrible!!! According to The National Center for Catastrophic Sports Injury, 325 men and boys have died either directly or indirectly from playing football at the high school and college level between 1982-2008 (26 years). Direct injuries are defined as those fatalities which resulted directly from participation in the fundamental skills of football (such as tackling and blocking).
