For a 1995 Yamaha Timberwolf 250, the correct settings typically include an idle speed of around 1,200-1,400 RPM and a mixture screw adjustment of about 2-2.5 turns out from fully seated. Ensure the air filter is clean and the spark plug is gapped to specifications, typically around 0.7-0.8 mm. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific details and adjustments based on your ATV's condition.
not quite, the Timberwolf was replaced with the Beartracker in 99 it has a 250 motor as well but a larger carb and longer stroke than the Timberwolfs motor and the bike itself is larger
1992 thru 1999 then the 250 beartracker in 2000 basicaly same as timberwolf,
on the engine......stupid.
1997-1999

It's stamped into a tag on both sides of the motor. Just below cylinder head.
