remove the round derby cover from the primary. fill until the oil tries to run out. replace the cover.

pull the drain plug/bolt under neath the primary case. Be careful when you thread the bolt back into the primary case that you do not over tighten... you can strip the threads. Most importantly, if you need to ask this question you should by a Clymer's repair manual, it is money well spent.
