in the 1995 Honda f3 the battery is located under the seat. You have to twist the plastic screw on each side of the side farings and slowly start to pry off the piece that goes along the tail. When you do that to each side you should see 1 bolt on each side its a 12mm bolt take both of them off and lift up your seat and it should be right there.
