they do about 70 (110km/h). if u don't belive me test one
I can get top speed with a Cr85 118 km/h and 104 with a crf150r with GPS
about 60-64mph stock.
about 71mph. better then the cr85 expert
Top speed would be about the same but the 85 will be quicker off of the line than the 150.
the top speed on a 230 is 70 because i raced it to my dads car with the speedomitor and i also have a cr85 expert and i raced that to my dads car and it went 78 and it does beet a 230 top speed
the yz 85 is has a faster top speed: yz 85: 140km/h cr 85: 110km/h but the cr85 has a broader powerband. overall the yz is better though myself i ride a kx85
The Honda CR85‘s top speed averages out at approximately 65-75 MPH (105-120 KPH)
They are comparable in speed although the cr85 will jump from the line better than the crf150r. The ability to have a smoother ride makes the crf150r faster in and out of corners, but really in a race either could come out on top depending upon bike set up, rider ability and conditions.
The crf150r is a much better bike than the cr85. Honda no longer make the cr85 and if the two were racing each other the 150 would usually come out on top. Being a 4 stroke it has a much more even power delivery.
I have had both bikes, a 2005 CR85 and a 2007 CRF150R. I prefer the 150r much more, and I can pull the holeshot on my stock 150 over all those 85's. The four-stroke power (torque) is amazing, feels like a mini 250.
yes, top speed of a yz 85 is 140km/h top speed of the ktm 85sx is 104km/h, however the ktm is better in performance and got softer stocked suspension
I think they are about 21hp with a race exhaust on. They do aprrox 65-70mph i believe, which doesnt sound extremely quick but they are designed to accelerate rapidl instead of having high top speeds due to the nature of motocross. I would like to see a 0-40 time for a cr85 as I think that would be more intresting.
