There's a snowmobile safety course online that has the requirements for the US and Canada. It's in the development process right now but it's being built by Fresh Air educators and should be ready soon, if not today. It basically depends on where you are, if you're in the USA then contact your local state DNR, if you're in Canada then Transport Canada will be able to tell you what you need to do to get your Snowmobile Safety Certificate.
