first day on base (ft bragg, nc) with my Yamaha zuma scooter. yep they pulled me. it was okay when they learned it was 49 cc.. so had no plates. (49cc not required by nc) but some of them will nail you if you go over 30 mph, or if they suspect that you have more than 49 cc... (then its not a moped)
