I've adjusted mine several times now. You have to remove both seats. The rear first. There are about half a dozen little black buttons that have to be removed as well once the seats are removed. The lock buttons have a center eye on them. Use one of the small Allen wrenches, push the center point and the will pop in. Pull them out. Now when u put them back, u have to push that button back up until it pops, push it back in the hold and push the eye down to lock it in again. There is a wrench and an extension handle in the tool pouch that is used to hook and turn the shock. It has holes in it and the wrench is designed to hook and turn it. Watch your knuckles!!!!!!
