On the right side, below the swingarm, there is a line that comes down sealed w/ a 5/8 Alan key cap. Release that cap over something to catch oil. Let drain completely. Replace o-ring on the cap and replace cap over drain line. Unscrew filter in front the engine behind the front wheel. Lube seal of new filter and replace. Add 3.5 qts of harley lube (synthetic is best) and run engine. Be sure engine is fully lubed and oil levels in tank is correct.

Drain Gas. remove console 1 bolt in the front and 2 on the bottom beneath the seat. unplug sppedo sensor and position console on handle bars. remove center cover on fuel tank 8or10 hex head screws, manipulate fuel sending unit out of tank, carefully as there is a spring that you will not like to fish out. remove retainig clip holding the filter, and remove clamps, then install new filter and put it all back the same way it came apart.... i just did this to my 05 deuce
