To derestrict a Suzuki LT80, you typically need to remove or modify specific components that limit its power. This can include removing the restrictor plate in the exhaust system, adjusting the throttle limiter, and ensuring the carburetor is properly tuned for maximum airflow. Additionally, check for any restrictions in the air intake. Always consult a service manual or a professional mechanic for detailed guidance to ensure safety and compliance with local laws.
Have you asked shineray.co.uk
Remove the ring in the inlet manifold!
variator, exhaust,
change the sprockets
You need to specify how its been restricted. Normally its inserts in the air intake of the carburettor which restricts the airflow or it could be inserts in the exhaust manifold to slow down the exhaust gasses being emitted. the simple answer is to remove them or have them removed
I don't think you can derestrict it because its 4 stroke the only way to really get it any faster is to get a 182 kit for it but then your sacrificing reliability there hope this helps :)
To derestrict a Suzuki GS500, you typically need to adjust or remove the restriction components, which may include the exhaust system, air intake, and CDI (capacitor discharge ignition) settings. It's important to check for any factory limits, such as throttle stop screws or restrictor plates. Additionally, ensure that any modifications comply with local regulations and safety standards. Always consider consulting a professional mechanic for assistance to ensure proper handling and performance.
