look where the battery is then there is a black small box next to it, there are wires going into that small box, unclip or cut the pink wire then tape it with electrical tape on both ends. after that is the hard part. lift up your seat and undo the screw and then you will see the carb. open up the carb and there is a yellow rubber thing, take that out and then unscrew the big bolt, there is a washer on that, move the washer to the center of the bold then bolt it back in again. make sure u put the yellow thing back on correctly then tighten everything up nicely.
this should give your ped an exta 10 to 15 mph :D
