If your pocket bike has an outer shell, remove it. Then look under the carberetor, there should be a single screw, unscrew it and let the gas drain out, make sure you have a container so you don't make a mess. After you're done replace the screw.

it depends what kind of bike it is but my chopper holds about 2.0 litres of gas
You should drain all fuel and oil, disconnect the battery [if it has one], run it dry and store it. This will make it MUCH easier to start when you want to ride it again. If you do not drain the gas, the gas will go bad and sit in the engine, which is not great for the engine. You only really need to do this if you are storing it for more than a month though. Leaving the gas and oil in there for 2 weeks won't hurt the bike.
no
Yes you can use 2 cycle oil to mix with the gas for a mini pocket bike.
yes
about 30-45 depemds on gas/oil mixture tire pressure weight and the bike
oil+gas=2stroke gas only in the tank=4stroke
It really depends on what kind of bike you are getting, but normally, a pocket bike is bigger.
Turn the gas on, pull the choke out and kick it.
