To remove air from the cooling system of a Goldwing 1200, start by ensuring the bike is on a level surface and the engine is cool. Open the radiator cap and fill it with coolant if necessary. Then, locate the bleeder screw on the thermostat housing, usually found near the top; loosen this screw slightly to allow trapped air to escape while keeping an eye on the coolant level. Once a steady stream of coolant flows without bubbles, tighten the screw, top off the radiator if needed, and replace the cap.

GL1200 shocks are about 3/4in longer than the GL1100 shocks. Putting them on a 1200 will lower the rear slightly. I'm not sure about the air connections or the mounting bolt size.
It is exactly 4 quarts It is exactly 4 quarts

The 1200 and 1500 had a seat height of 30.7" until 1995. They lowered the seat height to 29.1" in 1995.
First, the 1200 last year was 1987, after that it's the 1500. Just follow the fuel line if it's a 1200.

Look for it on the steering column.
Depending on how it looks and its maintenance, you could be asking about $1,300.
No, the engine mounts are totally different. The six cylinder 1500 engine will definitely not fit into the 1200 frame calculated for a four cylinder engine. Experts don't think this has ever been attepmted.
