To install a rear lowering kit on a 1995 Electra Glide, start by safely lifting the motorcycle and supporting it on a stable stand. Remove the rear wheel by loosening the axle nut and disconnecting the brake caliper. Next, remove the stock shocks and replace them with the lowering kit components, ensuring all hardware is tightened to the manufacturer's specifications. Finally, reattach the rear wheel and brake caliper, lower the bike, and check for proper alignment and clearance before taking it for a test ride.

On an Electra Glide, the voltage regulator is typically located on the right side of the motorcycle, mounted to the frame or near the battery. In some models, it may be found near the rear of the engine or under the seat. For exact locations, it's best to consult the owner’s manual or a service manual specific to the model year.
You would have to measure between the forks to see how much room there is to determine this then check with a tire store.
