Please tell us what a "stuck" is, then we may be able to help. I've worked on cars over 40 years and never heard of a "stuck".
Bit of a fiddle to get to but 1 remove rear pillion seat 2 remove rider seat 3 remove tank 4 remove rh cover plate at front of tank and radiator cap will be revealed (remove with care if hot!!!!)
Find the Shifter Lock Override Slot. It'll be under a cap. Remove the cap, push down on the lever inside with a nail file or something, and shift into neutral.

You must remove the wheel because there are scews that hold it onto the inside of the wheel.
