There is a plastic hubcap that needs removal first. Then an external snap ring needs removal. If you are luck, it will not be rusted to the axle and will slide off. There is a 2 inch long key that will either be in the wheel or the axle. Keep and eye out for it since it locks the wheel and axle together so that the machine will drive. Generally, you put the wheel on, line up the slot in the wheel to the one in the axle and put the key in.
After removing screws from the back side of the wheel and removing the center cover (there are probably some wires to disconnect also), you can then remove the nut holding the wheel to the column shaft and attach a steering wheel or gear puller to remove the wheel.

Remove wheel, remove the brake caliper and brake pads, Pull the dust cap. remove cotter pin. remove nut and washer. tilt the rotor back and forth to pop the bearings (front) remove rotor and pop the back bearings. This would be for a 2 wheel drive S-10.
remove the center padded section on the steering wheel and you will see a large nut holding the wheel on, loosen the and take it off and then you will need a wheel puller to pull the wheel back off of the splines to take it off.

ok you have to check on your steering wheel in back of you steering wheel there will be a 2 or 4 bolts you gonna have to remove ,as soon your remove you steering wheel airbag you should see 2 wires one goes to airbag on other will be connected to you steering wheel switches ,,you should remove that and after that you gonna see one bolt you should remove it and you can after that you should be able to pull you steering wheel
Back off the brake shoes then remove the wheel and tire then pull the drum off If its a 3/4 ton back off the shoes,removve wheel and tire ,then remove plate on hub ,then remove hub nuts then remove hub [brake drum]
It is on the back wall of the left front fender well - remove the tire and wheel - you must remove the wheel well liner to get at it.

Replacing brake pads is a task required for every vehicle. To do this, lift the Vespa, remove the wheel, remove the hub, remove the caliper, remove and replace the brake pads, put the caliper back on, replace the hub, put the wheel back on and lower the Vespa.
