Posts: 2,053 not sure about the torque specs but you can stick your finger or better yet the handle of a screwdriver in the exhaust and hold the PV open. Then turn the PV adjuster 360 degrees CCW for stock position. if running a Q pipe turn another 90 degrees CCW. Then hook the arm up on the clutch side and you're done.
