Fill it with gas, make sure battery is fully charged and cycle the fuel pump on and off several times with the ignition switch until the sound changes You may have to wait 30 seconds or so between cycles. Sounds like its working harder (has gas in it rather than empty) then start the bike this usually works. You may have to do this several times until bike stays running. An easier way if you have the know how is to fill it with gas and there is and adapter you can buy and modify with an extended hose, connect to fuel line under tank and run it back to the tank. Jump the fuel pump and let it pump gas for about a minute then recconect everything and start the bike. Be careful no matter what you do because gasoline is highly flammable we wouldn't want you or your harley burnt!
You have to put it in the fuel and leave it there. Your welcome
