I went on this web site called happy scooters .net and it says it doesn't matter but it said that children eight and under have to have a parent/gaurdian to supervise them
An ATV.
9 years upwards
yo half to be over 12 years old to leagley drive a Utility vehicle, Mini Truck, atv, in new jersey. But if you are 12-15 you need a licenced adult with you at all times!!!!!
It depends where you are driving if you driving on the street you have to be 16 but if you just drive on the sidewalk or your property then you have to be 12.
In Utah, individuals must be at least 16 years old to operate an ATV (all-terrain vehicle) without restrictions. Those under 16 can drive an ATV if they are under the supervision of a parent or guardian or have completed an approved safety training course. Additionally, all ATV operators are required to wear a helmet regardless of age.
They can't sign the rental agreement.
I think the rule is that you need to be 14 to drive a full size quad on the streets in mexico but you cant drive it on the hi way. Noah.A.Andrews
well, to drive a quad on the road legally, its 16, but you have to have the right license. but if you are in the fields or whatever then basically its about 6 and over.

No, you do not need a driver license to drive an ATV. However, restrictions apply to ATV drivers under the age of 16 in most states,
remove clutch cover. remove old belt. install new belt.
I can't. I don't have a farm or an ATV
