One might learn how to install a 42 inch deck belt on a John Deere lawnmower by looking at their user manual. A better route to this may be to take it to a lawn mower shop for repair.

It gives you all the blower motor speeds except high. all blower motors are 12 volt, so on full speed they turn fast and blow a lot of air, to make the fan turn slower [and blow less air] they route the power through a resister, it drops the voltage to the motor so turns slower, on a 4 speed motor there will be 3 resisters.

Traveling from Chicago to Cleveland on I-80 in a tractor trailer incurs tolls that can vary based on the specific route taken and the weight of the vehicle. Generally, the tolls for a tractor trailer can total around $40 to $60 for the entire journey. It's advisable to check the latest toll rates and any potential discounts for commercial vehicles before traveling, as these can change.
No this wouldn't be the blower resistor. If the blower resistor was bad then the speed selection would only work in high speed mode and no other. If air will not route through the air vents then their could possibly be a bad vent door motor or vacuum diaphragm. Check those.
