That's not much info to work with.
But, assuming that you are talking about a riding mower which quits when you engage the blades, I would tell you to check out the seat safety switch. For some readon the mower doesn't think there is anyone on the seat. It will not run with the blades engaged with no one on the seat. Somewhere attached to the seat you will find a small switch with two wires going to it. It may have come unplugged or it could just be a bad switch.
Wish it to start.... or if you ran out of wishes... check the gas.....
Well, for one thing, gas doesn't freeze. But I've used the gas that sat in the tank all winter and what I've noticed is the engine runs lousy. This last year when I was done mowing in the fall I ran the mower until it ran out of gas. When I put nice new gas in it in the spring the engine ran great. Much better than in previous years when I hadn't.
A Wheel Horse riding lawn mower that ran out of gas and will not turn over after refilling the gas tank might be vapor locked. Maybe it will start after it sits a while with the gas cap off. There isn't much else a person can do if the tank vapor locked.
No... it was ran low on oil & siezed up. junk mower now.
felt and ran
yes, if you want to get ran over.
Ran out of gas? Or ran out of oil?

If a 1993 Honda Accord ran out of gas, the best thing to do is to locate gas to fill it with. If you are not eligible for roadside assistance, the best thing to do is to walk to a local gas station.
