First clean the jets in ur carb good and if doesnt work ur reeds are probably worn out

If u are still burning trans oil than u put the seal in wrong or damaged it replace the seal again note use the right tools
Check the timing.

If you used zeros in the number you got it wrong. Yamaha does not use zeros in their VINs. Use O's instead.
there is a wall between your trans part and your bottom end where ur crank is. If it is not leaking out of the outer case, then i dont know because it wont be getting past the wall unless it has a hole in the wall... and u will know if that has happened.
