Sounds like a dead battery. Try charging the battery, then start.
I had the same issue. I pulled the carb out and cleaned it. It was full of sludge from the gas. I had to clean it 3 times before I could get it to start.

The Polaris Sportsman 90, a youth ATV, has a top speed of approximately 30 miles per hour. However, this speed can vary based on factors such as rider weight and terrain. It is designed for younger riders, offering a balance of performance and safety.
To troubleshoot starting problems with a Polaris Sportsman 90, first check the battery for a proper charge and connections, ensuring they are clean and tight. Next, inspect the fuel system for blockages or stale fuel, and verify that the fuel valve is open. Additionally, examine the spark plug for wear or fouling, and replace it if necessary. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, consider checking the ignition and safety switches for functionality.
