Does it have gear lube in the case? If so you will need to inspect clutch basket may need new clutch or clutch springs may have failed
It is located on the right side of the engine and is the most forward part of the clutch cover
Well cable could be froze up. Replace the clutch cable. If cable is working adjust cable. If the clutch cable is adjusted then it's time for a new clutch
a pressure plate works by springs. when disengaged the tension is released from the springs which hold the clutch plate against the flywheel,allowing the clutch plate to spin free,which basically stops the transfer of power from engine to gearbox when clutch is engaged the tension is reapplied to springs in pressure plate forcing the clutch plate against the flywheel
the plates are round with a cork like coating on the outer surface about 3/4" wide
