It's different for every bike, i have a 1992 Rm250 with stock everything but clutch and a electron carb and i can hit about 89 mph. but i say its different for everyone because my buddy has a 2003 RM250 and his top speed is 81 mph. But id say the base line is somewhere between 70-85
