Hey buddy, I'm 6'3 315 and I'm riding a Yamaha XT 600 no problem as a commuter, it goes highway speed and moves fine through traffic. I would recommend anything above 600cc. But if you are wanting something sporty and to zip you around real quick, then you need to look at a GSXR 750 or 1000 (I favor Suzuki), or a Honda 919 naked if thats your style. As far as a cruiser goes anything 600 and above, but don't forget to check how you look on the bike cause no one wants to look like a grizzly bear riding a tricycle, Hopes this helps!

No, a 300 pound man couldn't carry around a 100 pound head.
It's an air shock, so increase the pressure and you should be good. 300 lbs is a fair weight for a bike though, and may well cause trouble if you decide to go off-roading or curb jumping and stuff.

A 200 pound man weighs more.

no.....
Generally, it is not the weight so much as the amount of fat to lean muscle and bone. The more fat a person has the more buoyant they are. You could a have 300-pound weightlifter who is solid muscle (very dense) and a 300-pound elderly man who has little lean muscle and lots of fat. The elderly man would be more buoyant even though their weight is the same.
There are 16 ounces in a pound.
