The fuel mixture for a 1998 KTM 380 typically requires a 50:1 ratio of fuel to oil. This means using 2.6 ounces of two-stroke oil per gallon of high-octane gasoline. It's important to use quality two-stroke oil that is suitable for motorcycles to ensure optimal performance and engine protection. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific recommendations and adjustments based on riding conditions.

i use 40:1 you can use 44:1 50:1 and some more but this is what i recommend
First-check compression second-see if fuel is getting to carb. make sure your fuel mixture is correct 40-1 to 60-1 for a two stroke ktm check your mixture screws on carb more then likely one of them is out of adjustment. If all that don't work then you probly need to rebuild your topend
