on the left side of the bike you have a triangular plate with three screw. Remove screws and loosen the rubber mounts to remove the plate. You will find fuses behind the plate.

1996 harley springer sofrtail I have found the relay and 4 breaker under seat, however cant find fuses.
it has 3 auto-reset breakers behind the battery on the front of the rear fender where the starter relay is, no fuses unless you have heated grips, vest etc.
you have a crom fuse box facing on the left side of seat torge back tire.ours have 3 screws.once u pull facing off.u will see 2 bigger fuses but behind that is the 4 little fuses..might be another small facing.my taillight,speed omiter,signal lights quit working and it was one of those fuses
