On the right side near the rear tire, you will see a 1/2" rubber hose that is attached to the frame with a sprng clamp. It has a little plug in the end of it held in with a hose clamp.
Get a manual. Handy.
On the bottom of the the bike, left hand side.

The 2002 Harley-Davidson motorcycle transmission drain plug can be removed with a 9/16 socket. A five-point socket will work the best
The drain plug for a 1999 Harley Davidson soft tail is located at the bottom of the oil tank. There is a rubber hose leading to the frame, follow it to the right side of the frame. It is located under the bike on the frame.

On a 1993 Harley Davidson Low Rider custom, the transmission drain plug is underneath the transmission. The filler plug is on the side of the transmission case.
