Exhaust valves are always smaller.
The exhaust valves should have .005 inches of clearance, and the intake valves should have .004 inches of clearance.
these are on the front of the carburetor after the intake
dirt into engine is a big problem and the intake are made softer material due to less heat on valve faces
can't tell much from the question but if you want valve clearance setting it is .002in. on the intake and exhaust valves
Intake and exhaust valves have the same clearance: 0.10 mm (0.0004 in).
Yes, it has 2 valves. 1 intake and 1 exhaust valve on this single cylinder 4 cycle engine.
the valve clearance should be set at .002 for the intake and the exhaust
I have a 2006 400ex With a k@n airfilter fmf power core 4 exhaust and a dyno jet kit I get 76 out of it
For the 2004 Honda Recon 250 the valve specifications are the following: Intake and exhaust valves are both set to 0.13 mm (0.005 in).
The valve clearance for this bike is .002" or .05 mm for the intake and exhaust valves. Some people prefer .003" for the exhaust valve.
definitly
yes i just put one on my 2001 400ex the only thing you really have to do is take the intake manifold and hoen it out some the intake tube is a tite fit but it works
