There could be a couple of things. First, if it is cold outside it is very difficult to start and keep running until warm (I own one, they are very cold blooded. Mine takes 5 minutes to get started when its under 50 degrees). Second, it could be the fuel valve not allowing enough fuel into the carburetors, or something in the tank clogging the fuel delivery. Last, it may be that the carburetors are not synchronized. If it's the last one, good luck getting all four synchronized! Other than that, I haven't a clue. Hope it helps
