First look at your plug and plug cap. If that does not do it move onto the plug connection on the CDI box, clean the plug connection and spray it with some contact cleaner. If that does not do it, next look at unhooking the kill switch, I have had a couple of these short out on me before (not on my KTM's however - but still check it out).
