No. Removing a restricter on a scooter's carb will make it faster but decrease mpg. If you are talking about a restrictor on the exhaust, then most likely you will increase mpg, but boy is it LOUD.
I have a 50cc that gets almost 100 mpg. The fuel capacity is 1.5 gallons so I pay about $5-6 dollars for about 180-200 miles. Scooters tend to pay for themselves in only a year or so time. I have a 150cc and get about 80 mpg. The higher the CC the lower you get in MPG but this is still way more than any car can put out. You can have the highest CC scooter and still kill on your mpg and total miles per fill up.
Probably the Honda Metropolitan. I have this scooter and it is awesome. I love it.
I had 150cc scooter, it got 83mpg.
25 to 35 mpg for ages 1 to 14
100 mpg I remember seeing around 100mpg depending on the weight it carries.
Accelerate slower
Both zinc and mpg scooters have their own benefits. Zinc scooters are known for their durability and strength, making them a good choice for rough terrains. On the other hand, mpg scooters are more fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly. The choice between the two depends on your priorities and intended use.
The mpg end of days is better

The Flashpaq do increase performance of a car by reducing optimizing the gasoline consumption. A increase of miles per gallon (mpg) from 15 mpg to 25 mpg is not uncommon. The chips receive a largely positive ratings of 4 out of 5 stars.
It will increase your MPG if you drive it normally, and dont race it
Yes, you can increase it with tune-ups and by upgrading the engine.
