The English have considered Swedes to be White. The term white has changed over the years tho and not a real term in some sense. Germanic would be a better term to define being white. Fins on the other hand which were controlled by Sweden for many years are not always full Germanic and have some Slavic and Asian DNA in them, hence their language being different from any other Germanic culture. Modern day Germans originally came from Southern Sweden and Norway and moved to Germany closely after the Ice Age. Swedish people are one of the most pure white "Germanic" people.
