You're kidding right? Real facts? Says who? Micheal Pollan states that 80% of the e coli in a cows gut will be reduced if they're transitioned to a grass diet only three months prior to slaughter (the feed lot). Not true - not according to Dr. Stephen Smith a meat scientist and his team of researches at Texas A & M. Every statics in that movie has no merit. The movie and the dramatically themed and intentionally placed music scenes are intended to scare, shock, and affect you. Michael Pollan, Richard Kenner, and Eric Schlosser weren't intending on giving you "the facts" and allowing you to form your own opinion. Their books, opinion pieces, and lectures are all themed to champion the sustainability movement and demonize processed foods.
